Vietnam: Climate change threatens rice production

Farmers in Mekong Delta say rising sea levels and temperature increases attributed to climate change is threatening the future of rice production. Alternative farming species such as marine shrimp (vannamei), crop rotation, and a more efficient irrigation system are considered to stay one step ahead of climate change.
